Our Process

Eco Electronics will sort your assets into appropriate categories. Depending on individualized needs of the customer, the asset will be recycled, reused or disposed of, but always sanitized adhering to NIST SP 800-88 Guidelines.

Data Sanitization

Clear, Purge, and Destroy are actions that can be taken to sanitize data. If destroying data is required, a certification of destruction, which includes each serial number of the Hard Drives destroyed on your behalf will be provided. (Video Record is also provided upon request).

Testing & Verification

Assets undergo functional testing to ensure all components function as intended, When components result in system failure, the specific component is replaced with a good one and the test or verification is repeated. Defective components are shipped to our U.S. partners who recycle them. Components never see a landfill.
